BTCCSquare news:

Over 1.3 million comments on Rumble videos featuring conservative commentator Dan Bongino have been linked to fraudulent cryptocurrency schemes. Scammers are leveraging Bongino's right-wing appeal to promote fake Telegram groups, using variations of his name like "Contact_DanBongino" in comment sections.

The operation, active from November 2022 through November 2025, peaked between June 2024 and February 2025. Telegram's lax moderation and anonymity features make it the platform of choice for these bad actors. Open Research data shows these scams accounted for nearly 10% of all Rumble comments during their most active period.
